Who Are Ray & Kelly Nadeau?

Ray Nadeau (Licensed Florida Broker BK3344407) and Kelly Nadeau (Licensed Florida Broker BK3344334) lead Certainly Sold, an independent Florida brokerage based in Lake Mary. Before Central Florida, the two built a brokerage to roughly 80 agents in Massachusetts, with Ray's background spanning more than 25 years across real estate, mortgage lending, and REO/distressed-property work. That combination — sales, financing, and the harder end of the business — shapes how Certainly Sold operates today.

Why We Started Certainly Sold

After years working inside larger systems — as agents, as lenders, and on the distressed-property side of the business — Ray and Kelly built Certainly Sold around a simple idea: sellers and buyers do better when they're working directly with the people who actually hold the license, not handed off through layers of a large team or a national script.
